Complete renovation of 10 existing single-family homes. We will modernize interiors, upgrade mechanicals, and ensure all units meet or exceed Housing Quality Standards (HQS).

Phase 1: Pre-Development

Closing, permits, initial clean-out, and mobilization of PSE-Contractors crews.

Months 3-5
Phase 2: Renovation Tranche A

Full renovation of first 5 homes. Roofs, HVAC, interiors. Marketing begins.

Months 6-8
Phase 3: Renovation Tranche B

Renovation of remaining 5 homes. Lease-up of Tranche A. PBV inspections.

Months 9-18
Phase 4: New Construction

Ground-up construction of 4 duplexes on vacant lots. Final lease-up.
