We have partnered with PSE-Contractors (est. 1962) to ensure operational excellence. With dozens of crews and $2M in financial backing, we have the capacity to execute at scale.
$3.6M Total Committed Capital ($1.65M ROI Lending + $2M PSE-Contractors) against a $1.168M purchase price. A 3:1 capital-to-acquisition ratio.
